I have made a compliant to Buildmat and the response for appaling.
Lip of the sink was bent and warped. Buildmat's solution is to use a hammer(mallet) and hammer it back flat since i cant claim warranty the very day it was fitted. Shocking! I would give zero stars if i could

We had to replace an old S/S sink for our kitchen upgrade and found this new sink from Buildmat.
We had a lot of trouble finding a stone matt black to fit the opening, but found this to be the best and closest fit.
Still needed the stone to be cut 10mm from 2 x sides which was a nightmare, but, overall very happy with the end result.
Sink is amazing, easy to look after and looks great.Very Happy overall.
Great to have this 1200 Jayden single bowl sink, perfect match with my benchtop. Easy for installation too.
The Cleo tap is absolutely brilliant. My plumber was incredibly impressed with the quality and functionality, and so am I. As I have a disability, this is an absolute godsend. I can actually use the taps one-handed. Even able-bodied people will find this to be the best tap that they have ever used. 🤗
The price was incredibly fair for such a quality item. The Buildmat staff were so helpful and delivery was swift and efficient.
